At the regular meeting of the Board of Zoning Appeals on June 3, Lori Samples represented the application she had made concerning an improvement location permit and building permit for 630 S. Adams St., Versailles. There was a lengthy discussion between Samples, the Board, Blaine Timonera, Scott Neal’s attorney and Tad Brinson, Executive Director. At that time, it was determined that the issuance of the building permit for Scott Neal’s property, which s Samples (Encore Insurance) was issued incorrectly and the decision was reversed.
